Product Inspection Instructions

1. Inspection Notice

1.1. When adding inspections to trade guarantee orders, please inform us in advance if there are other inspection requirements.

1.2. After receiving the initial payment and inspection fee, the platform assigns the inspection task to the third-party inspection company selected by the buyer, and then coordinates the inspection time, location and other relevant information with the inspection company. At the same time, you can track the progress of your inspection by viewing your Trade Guarantee Order Details page.

1.3. To ensure a smooth inspection, please update the inspection details of the factory after the initial payment. Before checking, please make sure that the status of the goods has been confirmed with the factory. In other words, more than 80% of the goods should have been produced, and more than 80% of the packaging should have been completed. Please ensure that your facility provides all necessary personnel, equipment, locations and any other necessary resources for inspection. If such resources are not available, you should actively communicate with the factory to make the necessary adjustments to complete the inspection. Failure to comply with the inspection requirements will affect the manner of inspection and the results of the inspection report. In severe cases, a second inspection will be required, which will result in additional costs.

1.4. Due to the special nature of the goods (such as outer packaging, assembly requirements, fragile items, etc.), communicate with the factory in advance to check the change of inspection methods and ensure records. The third party inspection company will inspect the goods in accordance with the confirmed inspection method and give feedback based on the confirmed inspection requirements.

1.5. If your inspection needs to be cancelled, the buyer should notify the platform by email within at least 5 business days prior to the original inspection date and provide a communication record to confirm the cancellation. After the check is cancelled, an email will be sent to your registered email address. You can request a refund after receiving a confirmation email.

1.6. The third-party inspection company will review and upload the official inspection report to the Trade Assurance order platform within 1-2 working days after the inspection is complete. The buyer and seller can download the inspection report and review the details. If the goods have failed to pass the inspection, please discuss with the factory about the follow-up plan of the goods in a timely manner.

1.7. Inspection package is a fixed time service. The BV check is calculated on a daily basis and the service time is 8 hours. If the inspection time exceeds the above service time, the third-party inspection company has the right to adjust the inspection plan according to the inspection service time.

1.8. If there is any additional cost incurred due to the factory
 failing to cooperate with the third-party inspection company, the buyer shall negotiate with the platform upon incurrence of such additional costs. Otherwise, the extra cost incurred shall be borne by the buyer.
