30-Day Exchange & Return & Refund Policy

If there’s something wrong with your order (defective product, incorrect order, damaged order,or not in love etc.), please
contact us within 30 days from receiving your order and we’ll be happy to assist you reviewing the case and if it is approved
then you can return the producte to us with the order number on the packaging(The order number is very important on
the packaging,because we need to return your money accroding the correct order number).Of course we will be sending
a replacement if you accept this way( just please tell us what new models you need). Please do not return anything before we
review the case,our customer service team will review the request and will send further instructions.
Once our unified refund is processed, it will be returned to your account in the same way within 5 working days.
Medwish reserves the right to refuse any return request, if the return is caused by malicious competitive business practices.
Disclaimer:You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(Unless the eyewear quality has problems).

Return&Exchange Service Procedure:

1.Please login to your Medwish account and locate the order you are not satisfied with.
2.Please contact Medwish support.Please select the service type, either an Exchange or Refund. Choose the specific frame and describe the
issues that have caused the need for a refund/exchange. Please upload your original prescription if you have a prescription issue.For
damaged/defective products, pictures are also necessary.
3.Once we received your request, your exclusive Customer Service representative will email you back to rectify the issue with 24 hours
(48 hours on weekends). Please check your spam folder if you don't hear back from us prior to chasing us up as it might have gone into this
folder. Please follow the instructions that are provided by our customer service representative.

My products were damaged on arrival. What can I do?

We will take full responsibility for Damaged goods problems and we can remake totally free or offer a full refund.
Please contact us immediately, and provide us with your order number, frame number, along with pictures of the damaged item.
The products received are not what I ordered!
We will take full responsibility if we have not fulfilled your order according to your order details: prescription, frame (color, and style), and lens type
(thickness, color, and coatings). If the prescription is incorrect, please send us a photo of your original prescription, along with the order number,
and frame number. If you received the wrong frame, please send us a photo of it, along with your order number and frame number.
I received products with missing parts or defects.
If you received products with missing parts, please send us a photo, along with your order number and frame number.
If your products have defects, please send us photos of defects, along with your order number, and frame number.
If you are missing parts or the products have little defects that will not affect normal wear, and you'd like to accept
the products,we can send you a voucher or partial-refund as compensation.
The products are broken after wearing less than 30 days.
If your products are subsequently faulty due to the workmanship/quality of the materials within 30 days of receiving them,
a new pair will be remade and resent to you at no additional cost to you. Or alternatively we can send you a discount code to
put towards the purchase of new products and include free shipping with Medwish.


The frame size is too big for me,  so I can not see out of them.

Working out the right frame size is a common issue when purchasing products online. Measure your products to confirm the frame size,
and contact us within 30 days of receiving these original products. Please just send them back to us or exchange new item for you.

Oh, no! I entered the wrong prescription./I entered an expired prescription.

You only need to order a new lenses single with the corrcet prescription from Medwish,then we will send the corrcet lenses to you.
You can exchange the lenses by your locat optics engineer.

Important Disclaimer:

1. Please contact our Customer Support Team to ask for before returning.
2. The complete original packaging box is required when returning the goods so as not to affect our secondary sales.
3. Frame color in reality may differ from what you see on the website, due to light, varying screen resolutions, and photo backgrounds.
4. Please note the frame size is manual measurement may have an error within 1-3mm.
5. We do not provide a replacement service for Non-Medwish purchased products.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus.
