Specification:

A physical method that utilizes the cavitation, mechanical, and thermal effects of ultrasonic waves to effectively promote the transdermal absorption of drugs. When used in local tissues of the human body, it improves blood circulation and strengthens the permeability of cell membranes, cooperating with the introduction of drugs.
1 Electroporation function
Electroporation is the use of instantaneous high-voltage pulses to create temporary reversible water-based biological pores in the lipid bilayer of the stratum corneum of the skin. The formation of these channels provides a way for the introduction of drugs, so that the drugs can directly pass through the stratum corneum and be absorbed by capillaries.
Technical parameters of electroporation:
①Pulse wave duration (t4): Adjustable in 20 levels, each level is 20ms, the error is ±10%. Maximum duration of pulse group (t5): 6×t4, maximum 2.4s.
②Output voltage amplitude: No load voltage amplitude 0~90V, divided into 90 levels, each level is 1V. Rated 500Ω load voltage amplitude is 0~41V.
2 Conductivity function
It adopts multi-parameter complex waveforms such as different waveforms, frequencies, amplitudes and duty cycles, and modulated alternating pulse current acts on human skin to change the structure of the skin stratum corneum, which can effectively remove skin polarization. And the time lag in drug absorption increases the penetration rate of the drug even more. Ultrasonic technical parameters:
① Output power: 0mw-90mw, adjustable in 10 levels, and the deviation is not more than 20%.
② Effective sound intensity: The maximum effective sound intensity at the rated output power is not more than 3.0W/cm².
③Ultrasonic working frequency: 1MHz, deviation not more than 10%.
3 Technical parameters of conductivity:
① Pulse wave duration (t3*N): gear (N) is 0-20, each gear (t3) is 10ms, and the maximum is 200ms. Pulse group frequency (f): range from 0.2 to 4.7 Hz, adjustable in 10 levels, with an interval of 0.5 Hz.
②Pulse wave cycle: 0.5ms, error ±5%.
③Output voltage amplitude: No load voltage amplitude is 0~65V, divided into 65 levels, each level is 1V. Rated 500Ω load voltage amplitude is 0~30V.
④Maximum output current: Under the rated load of 500Ω, the maximum output current is not less than 20mA and not more than 100mA.
