Basic functions: 

 1. Specification: total length 1930mm, full width 670mm, height lifting 510-850mm, back lifting 0-70 °. 

 2. Safe working load: 170KG 

 3. Back lifting system: The back lifting is controlled by a silent gas spring. 

 4. Height adjustment: Metal rocker system with overload protection function, not easy to break.

 5. Bedboard: PE resin molded products. 

 6. Frame: Made of welded steel products. 

7. Guardrail plate: PE resin formed guardrail plates on both sides, with a height of ≥ 360mm and an effective protective height of ≥ 260mm, making patients safer. The guardrail is installed on two iron plates vertically welded to the bed body through step screws, ensuring smooth movement and better strength. 

8. The guardrail adopts a new type of safety guardrail design, and the buckle of the guardrail is fixed by a 9mm thick lock. When the guardrail is under internal force, it cannot be opened, and the guardrail can be opened from the outside to the inside, effectively preventing patients from operating from the inside, leading to the occurrence of bed falling accidents, making it safer; 

 9. There are three circular hole designs on the guardrail board, which are convenient for medical staff to promote from various angles and observe patients. The thickness of the guardrail ≥ 43mm provides better grip and higher strength. 

 10. Castors: Double sided anti winding function casters with central locking, preventing hair and other debris from entering the interior of the casters and causing push failures. The internal steel bracket has a double bearing cylindrical structure, with a large load capacity and strong anti collision and anti side force effect. There are four 150mm diameter casters, and the four corners of the cart have a foot wheel control system, with one foot braking and the four wheels fixed at the same time. 

 11. The central control brake linkage rod is formed with an integrated circular tube to ensure higher strength. 

12. Independent central fifth wheel system: Control pedals are installed on both sides of the cart, and the central fifth wheel moves freely when retracted; 

 13. Tray: There is a two-stage tray formed by injection molding under the bed. The tray is divided into two parts with different sizes and depths, and is equipped with 6 water leakage holes, making it easy to use. The tray can bear a weight of 10Kg. 

 14. Infusion rack storage rack: There is an infusion rack storage rack located at the bottom of the back plate, which can be fixed for storage when not in use. There is a plastic sleeve inside the infusion rack storage rack to prevent collision and shaking of the infusion rack. 

 15. The Oxygen tank shelf can be horizontally placed with a maximum of 7 liters of Oxygen tank under the bed board, and has two knobs for fixing. 

 16. Transfer Mattress: The mattress has a three section structure, with waterproof treatment on the surface of the fabric, making it easy to clean, and is equipped with zippers at the four corners; ※ 17. There are four stainless steel metal hooks on the side of the bed, which are riveted and fixed with stainless steel rivets for better strength and aesthetics. ※ 18. The bed frame is made of 30 * 60 * 1.5mm square tube U-shaped bending and vertical welding, with better strength and stable implementation. 19. Infusion stand socket: There are infusion stand sockets on all four sides of the bed, which can be rotated to place the infusion stand when in use. When not in use, it can be rotated and stored under the bed. There is a plastic sleeve inside the infusion stand socket to prevent collision, making it more beautiful and convenient to use.
